Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you may want to know before sending your photos or placing an order.
01 What if we don’t have a complete family picture?
That’s okay. You can send separate photos of each family member, and our team can carefully combine them into one family portrait. The photos do not need to have the same background, clothing, or lighting.
02 How do I know if my photos can be used?
Send your photos through our official Facebook page, Rocketfix Editing Services. Our team will check their quality and tell you which images will give you the most natural result before you proceed.
03 Will the edited faces still look like our real family members?
Yes. We use the actual faces from the photos you submit and carefully preserve their recognizable features. We do not replace them with random AI-generated faces.
04 Can you work with old, blurry, or damaged photos?
In many cases, yes. However, the possible result will depend on how much facial detail is still visible. Send the original or clearest available copy so our team can assess it properly.
05 Can you include a family member who has passed away?
Yes. We can respectfully include their photo in the family portrait. We understand the emotional importance of this request and handle every image with care.
06 Can I see the result before it is printed?
Yes. We will send you the edited result for checking and approval before printing. We will not proceed with the frame until you have approved the final layout.
07 Can I request revisions?
Yes. You may request minor revisions to details such as positioning, colors, lighting, or small corrections. Major changes that require a new concept or replacement photos may have an additional fee.
08 How long does the editing process take?
Our regular turnaround time is approximately 15 working days, excluding weekends and holidays. Rush service may be available for urgent orders, depending on our current workload.
09 Do I need to order a picture frame?
No. You can order the digital editing service only. If you want a ready-to-display gift, you may also choose one of our framed picture options.
10 How much does it cost?
The price depends on the number of people, type of editing, and preferred frame size. Send your photos and requirements so our team can recommend the correct package and provide a clear quotation.
11 Is full payment required?
Yes. Full payment is required before we begin the editing process. Please send payment only through the official payment details provided by Rocketfix Editing Services.
12 How do I know that Rocketfix is legitimate?
You can verify us through our official Facebook page with the verified badge. You may also view our completed projects, actual client feedback, and previous customer deliveries before placing an order.
13 Can I order while I’m working or living abroad?
Yes. OFWs and overseas customers can complete the entire process online. You can send the photos, approve the output, and arrange delivery directly to your family in the Philippines.
14 Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. Framed orders can be shipped to supported locations across the Philippines. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times depend on the receiver’s location and chosen frame size.
15 What happens if the frame is damaged during delivery?
Contact us immediately and send clear photos or an unboxing video showing the packaging and damage. Our team will review the case and explain the available resolution based on the situation.
16 Will my family photos remain private?
Your photos are handled only for processing your order. If we would like to feature the finished work publicly, we will ask for your permission first.
